What I will need from you:
• A good quality photo (the larger and clearer the better so I can capture your likeness).
• A description of the portrait you want and any specific requests.
• Please mention if you want a fantasy theme or any additonal faces included.
What next?
I will email you with a price for the project and the earliest date I can begin the painting. If you agree to the commission I will send you a Paypal link. Once the £80 deposit has been received I will begin painting the portrait for you.
You will receive a preview of the portrait within 2 weeks of your deposit. At this stage you can discuss any issues you have or any changes you want made. You also have the right to cancel the commission and I will send you all the work I have completed upto this point and you will not be charged any additional fees.
Please note: In the event of cancelling a painting, deposits are non-refundable.
If you agree to continue with the commission, I will contact you soon after with a final draft. If you have any issues and want any changes you can let me know and I will do my best to carry them out for you. The important thing is that you are happy with the finished picture.
Once you approve the portrait, I will send you an invoice and a Paypal link for the remaining fee. When payment has been received, I will email you the full quality version in jpeg and PSD format (or any other format you require).
You will own exclusive rights to the portrait and it will not appear on my website or any other public sites without permission.
