What I will need from you:
Paintings and digital make overs:
• A good quality photo (the larger and clearer the better so I can capture your likeness).
• A description of the portrait you want and any specific requests.
• Please mention if you want a fantasy theme or any additonal faces included.
Logos:
• Any ideas about themes or style, any sketches or examples will all come in useful.
What next?
I will email you with a price for the project and the earliest date I can begin the painting. If you agree to the commission I will send you my Paypal address and once the deposit has been received I will begin work straight away.
You will receive a preview within 1-2 weeks of your deposit. At this stage you can discuss any issues you have or any changes you want made. You also have the right to cancel the commission and I will send you all the work I have completed upto this point and you will not be charged any additional fees.
Please note: In the event of cancelling a painting, deposits are non-refundable.
If you agree to continue with the commission to the end, I will contact you soon after with a final draft. If you have any issues and want any changes you can let me know and I will do my best to carry them out for you. The important thing is that you are happy with the finished graphic.
Once you approve the portrait, I will send you an invoice and a Paypal link for the remaining fee. When payment has been received, I will email you the full quality version in jpeg and PSD format (or any other format you require).
You will own exclusive rights to the portrait and it will not appear on my website or any other public sites without permission.
